Hi thank you for sharing. You may want to amend some part of your steps, as the machine for payment has been shifted to outside of the Pembayaran section. Also, there is no need for the long wait for the invoice to be issued. Now scanning and invoice can be issued together.
Now, this is important. The service bureau form is no longer free now. You need to access online to fill up the form and then only go to the filing counter (Ring Wing and u enter) to take a number to be called for a new case. Incase u haven’t done that, u can go to the bookstore downstairs to access to internet rm3 and to print out the Service Bureau Form RM 0.50 which cost you 3.50 Like. I would like to suggest that you may also highlight on the importance of filling up the log book at RKKK counter upon handing the documents to the RKKK officer. That is because recently my fellow pupil had encountered a horrible incident where he was informed that his notis penampalan hasn’t been done when he was trying to get it for his long call papers, merely because he did not fill in the log book accordingly when he first passed the borang 2 copies to the RKKK officer (as far as I can recall, I was instructed to fill in the log, otherwise god knows that we need to do so).
To rub salt to his wound, he was informed that he either will need to fill the log now and wait for another 9 months, or he may do penampalan in each and every states on his own!! He now has no choice but to report the matter to the state bar committee and wait for the outcome before he could proceed further, hence unnecessary delay to his long call. Hope that you will consider my 2 cents.
