I've been searching around with no luck in finding a way to completely reset SAI to default. I use a portable version of SAI. So when I want to reset it, I though I can just delete the folder and re-take the new SAI folder in.

When I open the program again, my brushes are back to default, but the positions of the windows, tools and stuffs, as well as the recently opened images are still as they are the last time I use it. You have to be cafefull on what you delete from registry. Since is the computer index for all the stuff inside. So if you erase a wrong line, you could 'broke' the windows itself. That's the drawback when using portable soft. But if you have some guts, give it a try.
I had found a possible registry string that you should check. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software SYSTEMAX Software Development Sai] check it.
I'm glad to finnally find a way to reset SAI now. The recently opened files are still there but the window itself is back to default now. So let me recapitulate this for people also searching for a way to reset SAI. Maybe it only works with the Portable version though.

Well, I found out that even if in the newer SAI versions where you cannot uncheck the Hid Protected Files option (They either have it protected, or they deleted the tools option) You can open Run, and then put in exactly what you've got listed (C: Documents and Settings All Users Application Data SYSTEMAX Software Development SAI) To access the folders without problem. But even after I delete the two.ssd files and the other file in the folder nothing happens. Is there more that I need to delete, or is it something else? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
