I just received a CaptiveWorks CW-600S, 90cm (35') Dish, STAB HH-90 Rotor, Invacom QPH-031 Quad LNBF, CD-ROM, 4x1 Diseqc Switch FTA package from GoSatellite.net. I have set up the dish as instructed in the installation instructions. I live in Pocatello, Idaho and set the rotor at 43 deg. & dish elevation ~38 deg. I cannot get the receiver to find any satellite signals whatsoever. I have set the dish angle at every angle from 0 deg to 60 deg and scanned from horizon to horizon and still get no signal. Does the receiver need to be configured or something?

I never received any set-up/installation cd that was supposed to come with the system, so I have no links to hook to in order to program the receiver. Is there any help available?
They referred me to this forum for help. Same problem I had I had the same problem as you did where I try scanning for satellites from horizon to horizon, but without any luck. My friend has a birdog satellite finder and that was how we locked on to satellite 119, but it might depend on your location. My system is the same as yours, but I changed my dish from 36' to a 6 foot. Now I'm getting dish 119 and 110, but I'm using the C's on the LNB with the same disq switch that came with the system. So my advice to you is try locking on to a Satellite and try getting the highest possible signal strength. The good thing about the birdog is it shows you what satellite you locked on to and at what strength the signal is.
