This may also occur after installing the updated Printer Kit-J1 [0446B005AA]. Turning the power on and off will not reset the message. Flashing the machine to the latest system software may resolve the unusual message.
Note: Printer Kit-J1 [0446B005AA] requires the new system software v60.02 be installed on the imageRUNNER. Or re-flash the BOOT ROM with at least version 60.02.
